There are 4 ways in which to register:
ONLINE: Submit this online form and send payment. Payment must be made via PayPal to e-mail address tony@oceanpromotions.com. Make sure you note the team name in the payment.
MAIL: Print and fill out the PDF entry form and mail with payment to our office. If you wish to pay with credit card, send in the entry form and call the tournament hotline at 305-461-2700 to process the credit card payment.
FAX: Fax the completed entry form to 305-445-6179. Send payment via mail or contact the tournament hotline.
IN PERSON: Drop off your completed entry form and payment at any of our tackle sponsors: Crook & Crook, Hopkins-Carter, Captain Harry's, River Marine Supply or El Capitan. Or you can register in person the day of the captain's meeting.
