PLEASE NOTE: Prizes above are based on 60 paid boats in the tournament.
Amateur prizes are based on 20 boats in the amateur division.

Small Boat Class - Boats powered by outboard engines or traditional center consoles powered by inboard or I/O. (boats like Rampone Inboard, Sea Vee inboards, Panga Inboard, Intrepid Inboard, etc)
Big Boat Class - Traditional sportfish and convertible boats

"Calcuttas" - Additional Prize Categories
These added prize categories are also known as Calcuttas. This give anglers an opportunity to win additional prizes against other anglers. The Sailfish Kickoff Calcuttas are 95% Payout. There is a 5% fee kept by the tournament. The examples below are before the 5% is retained by the tournament.
 
KING’S RANSOM FUN FISH FORTUNE
This is a winner-take-all prize. The team with the most billfish release points during the tournament wins. 100% to top team!
Team entry is $1000 per team.

The Fun Fish Fortune is now divided into 4 species. 25% of the prizes will go to the top fish in each category.
Entry is $500 per team. Based on 40 boats entering ($20,000 total)
$50,000.00 to a single winner!
$ 5,000.00 to each Fun Fish!
 
OVERALL DIAMOND DAILY
This prize is divided into 1st, 2nd and 3rd places for the overall tournament. The top three teams with the most billfish release points win.

First = 50%, Second = 30%, Third = 20%.

Team entry is $1000.		 This prize is divided into two daily prizes.

Saturday: Top team wins 35%, second team wins 15%
Sunday: Top team wins 35%, second team wins 15%.
